Leftover Salmon will celebrate 20 years at the Boulder Theater on December 30 & 31. On New Year’s Eve 1989 the band and its name Leftover Salmon was born.

Left Hand String Band members Drew Emmitt and Glenn Keefe joined Vince Herman and member’s of Herman’s band the Salmon Heads for a gig at Crested Butte’s club the Eldo. The morphing of these two bands created a the name Leftover Salmon while on the drive from Boulder to Crested Butte that day and the gig that night created the band that will have been swimming for 20 years as of this New Year’s Eve.

We have only a limited amount tickets that will be sold through our ticketing. All tickets purchased through Leftover Salmon ticketing will receive special commemorative tickets to document this special milestone.
